What he did before he came SHS- he taught at a middle school for 11 years. He taught 6th grade geography. He also was a gym teacher at a private school for pre-k and kindergarten.  

He’s been teaching at both private and public schools for eleven years. 

 He started teaching because his whole family taught except for his grandfathers.  

When he taught at public school the kids would solve problems and answer questions on a chalk board. There was more teacher student interaction. 

 When asked what his favorite color was, he said usually blue and green because of the ocean. 

And then just for fun I asked if he was a secret spy then when he said no, I had to be sure, so I had him pinky promise he wasn’t.   

After the interview and having him as a history teacher I can conclude he is an excellent addition to Southmoore.
